South Dakota legislators will take a run at overriding Governor Kristi Noem’s vetos.

One of the bills she vetoed would rewrite the Uniform Commercial Code, used by banks and businesses across the country to regulate transactions.
The Governor pointed to concerns with crypto currency and a central bank digital currency as reasons for the veto.

State Treasurer Josh Haeder says he has concern with one part of the bill….

Haeder says it’s a long complicated bill….

Both Houses need two thirds vote to override any veto.
