A concern has arisen on both sides of the death penalty debate.

The Unicameral voted at the end of the 2015 legislative session to eliminate the death penalty in Nebraska. Voters in November will be asked whether to uphold or overturn the legislature’s action.
Dan Parsons with Retain A Just Nebraska was asked whether that’s confusing. . .


A vote to repeal the legislature’s action returns the death penalty to the books.
