The republican primary in House District 19 is one of the most competitive in the state with five candidates running for the two slots that will move to the November general election ballot.

Jessica Bahmuller of Alexandria is one of the five running….

Bahmuller says she has been working with millions of dollars passed down from the federal government…..

District 19 has new boundaries following the redistricting process. Bahmuller says that shouldn’t be an issue in her campaigning…..

Other candidates in the race include Michael Boyle of Parkston, Drew Peterson of Salem, Roger Hofer of Bridgewater and Representative Caleb Finck of Tripp who was formerly in District 21.
