The residents of Coleridge Nebraska are working together to reopen their hometown grocery store.
Regg Pehrson, who is heading up the effort to reopen the store says when it closed last spring, it forced residents to drive at least ten miles for groceries
Pehrson says after they held a community meeting in early December, they got financial commitments to open the store
Pehrson says they are confident they will be able to keep the store going
Pehrson says they are hoping to re-open the store by February first.
