The latest “Click It or Ticket” seatbelt enforcement campaign kicks off today (Fri) and runs through October 30th with over 300 law enforcement agencies participating in Minnesota. Donna Berger with the state Traffic Safety Office says
Berger says compliance rates are lower in southwest and northwest Minnesota, and statewide fewer people in pickups are buckling up than those in passenger vehicles.
