This Memorial Day weekend over 300 law enforcement agencies across Minnesota will be conducting a “Click It Or Ticket” campaign. State Patrol Sgt. Troy Christensen says most people do simply forget to buckle up, while others still don’t think it’s necessary.
Preliminary numbers show that 73 unbelted motorists lost their lives on Minnesota roads in 2017.
