The Environment Protection Agency will soon issue new rules, over riding the “Clean Power Plan” that was part of President Obamas agenda to curb climate change.
The plan could allow many coal burning power plants to stay in operation longer.

Fiegen says they don’t expect a run on building new coal fired power plants….

Fiegen says the clean air rules were too broad……

Coal fired power plants produce about eighty percent of the electricity used in South Dakota.
