City Manager Amy Nelson says they will soon begin laying out the scope of the needed work…..

Nelson says they may also ask for a hike in wastewater rates before they get into the design phase……

Nelson says it will be another large project for city government…..

While the water treatment plant is a thirty-million-dollar project, Nelson says they don’t have cost projections on the wastewater plant yet.
