A routine presentation on the annual financial report sparked some questions from Yankton City Commissioners.

Graham Forbes, an auditor with Williams and Company made the presentation and said they found no deviations in the 2014 budget process.

City Finance Officer Al Viereck says their practice is to guess low on revenues and high on expenses…

 

Viereck says there are always variations in any year to year budget…
