With harvest time approaching in the Northern Plains, it’s advised that producers plan for their propane needs during that busy time. That’s according to C-H-S Regional Account Manager Dallas Engel.
He says propane supplies are currently in good shape so no shortages are expected and the demand this year isn’t as high as last year was.
Engel says crops are in variable condition across the region so propane needs will vary.
Engel says since the United States is the largest producer and supplier of propane, spikes for that aren’t as high as they use to be says five years ago or more. He says things have stabilized quite a bit.
