The search is on for evidence of more zebra mussel infestations. Lake Sharpe on the Missouri River was the latest water body found to have the invasive pests.

Zebra mussels have been found in Lewis & Clark Lake and the Missouri River below Gavins Point Dam. They small clams attach in mass numbers to underwater structures and can clog pipes and intake screens.
