Andy Carr, who has spent the past six years as the head football coach and assistant director of athletics at Presentation College in Aberdeen, has been named director of development for the University of South Dakota Foundation.
In addition, Carr will serve as associate athletic director for development in the USD athletic department.
Carr, the inaugural head football coach for the program, won 26 games in six seasons at Presentation. The Saints finished 7-3 this past season and received votes in a national NAIA Top 25 Poll for the first time in their short history. Presentation ranked in the top 10 nationally in seven different categories in 2016 including fourth in total defense (276 ypg) and seventh in scoring defense (18.7 ppg).
