CARES Act Funding Issues May Roll Over to the 2021 SD Legislature

While the South Dakota legislature authorized spending almost six hundred million dollars in federal CARES Act funding during their one-day special session, some of the same issues may spill over into the 2021 regular session.

Hunhoff says they will also have to look at changes in how state government is operating and delivering services…

Hunhoff is a member of the Joint Committee on Appropriations that made the recommendations to the legislature.
