The primary election this week in Nebraska set the ballot for legislative races in November.
In the District 40 race in northeast Nebraska, six candidates were narrowed to two, with Tim Gragert of Creighton, and Keith Kube of Crofton finishing first and second.
Gragert, who finished first with just over twenty percent of the vote, says it was kind of surprising……

Gragert is retired from the NRSC, and is on the Creighton School Board. He and Kube will face off in the November general election.
Kube, who got just over nineteen percent of the vote, says there were two races among the six candidates…..
