It’s predicted that there will be 3,000 South Dakotans diagnosed with cancer this year, and more than 1,600 will die from it. Benson says that the legislature introduced, but failed to pass a law that banned indoor tanning for kids under the age of 18. South Dakota received a green rating for only one benchmark, which was the state’s smoke free laws.…
