Senator Bill Kintner of Papillion says he isn’t pleased the proposed budget increases spending by more than 400-Million dollars, but pleased it increases the property tax relief fund by 120-Million dollars. . .
The proposed budget would increase state aid to schools by nearly 80-Million dollars. Colleges would receive nearly 54-Million dollars more.
