Budget concerns again face Nebraska lawmakers as they return for a new legislative session.
After dealing with a billion-dollar shortfall last year, legislators now face a 200-Million dollar shortfall.

Stinner says a number of factors have dampened state revenue receipts
It is likely legislators will have to approve more budget cuts and perhaps another transfer from the rainy day fund to balance the state budget.
