This season’s college football bowl games were announced Sunday with Iowa and Iowa State learning where they will play.

The Hawkeyes will travel to New York to face Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl on Dec. 27.

The Cyclones will play in Tennessee as Memphis hosts the Liberty Bowl in their home city on Dec.30.

Both Iowa and Iowa State finished the season with 7-5 records.
