President Obama today rejected the permit for TransCanada’s Keystone XL Pipeline. BOLD Nebraska Energy Director Ben Gotschall says his group is pleased with the decision calling it a major win for Nebraska’s landowners.
Gotschall says BOLD and a large coalition of groups and members fought against the pipeline and that message got through loud and clear to President Obama.
He says the President’s decision is timed well just ahead of the Global Conference on Climate Change.
