President Donald Trump has issued an executive order allowing the Trans Canada Keystone XL Pipeline to move forward. However, there are still some hurdles the project must clear in Nebraska, especially with eminent domain proceedings. That’s according to BOLD Nebraska Energy Director Ben Gotschall.

He says there are several Nebraska groups that will have to weigh in on the pipeline.

Gotschall says BOLD Nebraska is reviewing what their next step will be in opposing Keystone XL going forward.

The President’s executive order also gave approval for the Dakota Access Pipeline project to proceed.
