The South Dakota Board of Education Standards has revised their proposed rules for schools to administer medical marijuana.

Department of Education lawyer, Diane Roy, says they now have some guidelines from the Department of Health..

Committee Chair, Jacqueline Sly of Rapid City, says there may be more changes before the rules are finalized….

The proposed rules now go to the legislatures Rules Review Committee which meets next week.
