Hanger says the lack of donors is a reason to worry about the summer’s blood supply…

 

Several blood drives will be held throughout the area in August.

Yankton will have a drive on August 4th at 3 pm at the Yankton Mall and on August 12th at 8:30 am at the Avera Sacred Heart Hospital- Benedictine Center.

Tabor will host a drive August 5th at 3 pm at the Community Center.

 

Lifeserve provides blood and blood products to over one hundred hospitals in South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska.
