A bill that would set a floor for legislators pay, and allow for future pay increases passed out of the House State Affairs Committee.

Committee member, Representative Roger Solum of Watertown says most people think they get paid more…

 

The bill also sets daily expenses and mileage paid to lawmakers. It passed out of committee on a thirteen to zero vote.
