A ten-run second inning and a season high in runs and hits carried Nebraska to a baseball rivalry win over Creighton Tuesday night in Lincoln.
The Huskers posted a 14-6 victory to run their season record to 16-10-1 while dropping the Bluejays to 8-15 on the year. Nebraska banged out 19 hits.
Nebraska starter Ben Miller earned his first collegiate win and also blasted a home run in the game.
Creighton trailed 13-1 before scoring five runs in the eighth inning.
