A potentially delayed start to the 2014 planting season will make a total agronomic management approach important for maximizing yield. BASF Technical Services Rep AJ Woodyard says that’s the approach they take with the Advanced Acre program and it’s an important tool for growers to get the crop off to a good start.
And he says in their field trials the yield response and return on investment with the Advanced Acre program has been substantial.
He says that translates into a per acre profit of up to $40 on soybeans and from $45 to $100 on corn.
