A Nebraska based banking company says it will combine all of their Nebraska and South Dakota banks into one company.

The announcement by First National of Nebraska will combine First National Bank of Omaha, First National Bank of Columbus, First National Bank North Platte, First National Bank South Dakota, Fremont National Bank and Trust and Platte Valley Bank under one charter.
