Avera Health has named Bob Sutton as President and C.E.O., succeeding John Porter, who is retiring after forty four years with the organization.

Sutton has been with Avera since 2013, and is currently Vice President of Human Resources. Avera Health currently has three hundred locations in one hundred communities in five states, with over seventeen thousand employees.
