Ekeren says with the park right across the street from the hospital, it’s a natural fit for them…
Yankton Mayor Stephanie Moser says the donation helps the city fund the necessary upgrades….
A master plan for the park was finalized in 2019 and lays out improvements to the playground equipment and repairs to the duck pond and artesian well that provides the water.
