For the first time in school history Augustana baseball (36-2, 22-2 NSIC) ranks No. 1 in the NCBWA poll.

The Vikings received 10 first place votes and 435 points as they sit at No. 1 in the NCBWA poll.

Rounding out the top-five are North Greenville (39-6), Azusa Pacific (34-6), Tampa (32-7) and Illinois Springfield (35-5).

Other region teams in the poll are No. 18 Central Oklahoma (31-15) and No. 23 Central Missouri (29-12).
