Augustana University women’s golf shot a nine-over-par 297 in the final round of the NCAA Super Region Three Championshipn Wednesday and won the tournament by one stroke over Northeastern State University.

Augustana shot 17-over-par 881 (301-283-297).

Augustana’s Kali Trautman won a playoff over Northeastern State’s Kayla Schroeder with a birdie on the third playoff hole to win individual medalist honors.

Augustana has now won two straight NCAA Super Region Three Championships and advances to the NCAA Division II Women’s Golf National Championship in Aurora, Colorado, May 18-21.   Augustana has won five region championships in program history and will compete at the National Championship for the eighth time in the last nine seasons.
