Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg Avoids Felony Charges

South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg has been found guilty of two charges in connection with the highway death of Joe Boever near Highmore last September. Ravnsborg won’t face any jail time because the two charges are misdemeanors.

Senator Art Rusch of Vermillion is a former circuit judge and current Chair of the Judiciary Committee. He says state law concerning accidental deaths has different standards….
