South Dakota could a number of ballot issues next November, as one more proposed Constitutional amendment has been passed on to the Secretary of State.  Attorney General, Marty Jackley says this one could expand the rights given to crime victims…

 

Jackley says this amendment has been a bit controversial, because of the confidentiality of court cases and proceedings…

 

So far, there are nine proposed measures that must gather enough petitions and pass through the Secretary of State’s office before being placed on the ballot for November 2016.
