The Humane Society of the United States says a television commercial against their group has generated a $ 1 million contribution to them. The Center for Consumer Freedom Ad pointed out HSUS only spends a fraction of the money they raise to actually support animal shelters. Animal Agriculture Alliance’s Hannah Thompson says there is documented proof supporting what the Center for Consumer Freedom is saying in their commercial.

She says most who donate to HSUS don’t really know where their money is going and don’t understand how HSUS operates.

Consumer for Freedom officIals say they’ll continue to run their advertising against HSUS. Thompson says it’s good the word is going out showing the agenda HSUS has which is to eliminate animal ag production in the U.S.

Thompson says anyone wanting to know how animals are truly treated should talk to the ag producers who raise them. She says they can also go to the Animal Ag Alliance website.
