The American Coalition for Ethanol is trying to catch the attention of Interim EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler while he’s in Iowa this week. ACE CEO Brian Jennings says they’re reminding him of the President’s commitment to year round use of E15 and want him to begin a rule making process to get that done.

He’s hoping this stepped up effort will get the EPA leader to lift the Reid Vapor Pressure rule that will allow E15 to be sold year round.

Jennings says once the go ahead is given to full time use of E15 it will bring several benefits for the ethanol industry, farmers and consumers.

Administrator Wheeler is in Iowa this week attending the Iowa State Fair.
