U.S. Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack is in Europe this week meeting with European Union ministers and commissioners. The group is talking about expansion of agricultural trade and the on going negotiations on the Trans Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership Act or T-TIP.. Vilsack says farmers in the U.S. and E.U. and the ministers and ag secretaries all have a lot in common that they hope will help in achieving a positive trade deal.
