Damages are being assessed and clean up underway in and around the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls following Sunday nights protest that turned violent.

Ten Haken says most of the problems were caused by young people from the community….

Ten Haken says there is apparently a big need in the community….

Ten Haken says some of the young people were identified as being middle school age. Sioux Falls police cleared the mall parking lot with teargas and rubber bullets.
