The City of Yankton has spent several million dollars over the past few years, rebuilding streets in the downtown area and expanding and enhancing the Meridian Plaza.

City Manager Amy Leon says they are seeing more people attracted to those areas….

The downtown has had the addition of several boutiques, another brew pub and a recreational business in the past year.
