American Coalition for Ethanol members are in the nation’s capital speaking with members of Congress about important renewable issues such as maintaining the Renewable Fuel Standard.  ACE Executive Vice President Brian Jennings says they have over 80 people, many of them renewable fuel retailers who are talking about the importance of blender pumps.

Jennings says they’re also covering a lot of ground talking to elected officials about the need to keep the RFS intact.

Jennings says they also met with Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack who promised to work with them to find ways to replace the lost REAP funding so blender pumps and facilities can move forward in the future.
