The Yankton City Commission will get a show and tell presentation at their meeting tonight of items that should be marked “do not flush.”
Wastewater Plant Superintendent Tanner Hanson says there are a number of products that are mislabeled……


Hanson says flushing the wrong products could cause problems for other people on the same sewer line………


Hanson says some of the material going into the pipes are causing issues at the wastewater plant…………


The presentation will point out that human waste and toilet paper are the only things that should be flushed.
The commission meets tonight Monday, 7PM at the RTEC building.
