A new report showed 25 percent of Minnesota’s energy now comes from renewable sources. Governor Mark Dayton says that puts the state seven years ahead of schedule in reaching renewable energy goals. Gregg Mast with Clean Energy Economy Minnesota says reaching those goals is about more than just expanding wind and solar power capacity.
Mast says the state’s commitment to efficiency keeps those prices low for all Minnesotans.
