Nebraska bars could stay open twenty four seven under a bill filed in the Unicameral.

District 40 Senator Tyson Larson of O’Neill says that is only one part of his bill reforming the states liquor laws…

 

Larson says bars should be able to set their own operating hours…

 

Larson says there are few similar restrictions on other types of businesses…

 

The state currently has a one AM closing time for bars, but gives local governments the option to extend that to two AM.
