Dave Owen, President of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce & Industry is making a tour of local chambers across the state, wrapping up the 2025 legislative session.
He made a stop in Yankton on Thursday………

Owen is retiring this summer after more than 20 years as head of the state group.
