One week from today (Tues) the 2017 legislature convenes.  Republican Speaker of the House Kurt Daudt says his goal this year is not to bunch up business at the end of the session

 

Daudt pledges more transparency during the upcoming session, saying the state’s business will be conducted in committees open to the public, not behind closed doors in high-level negotiations.
