The South Dakota State Fair is eight months and three seasons away, but planning is well underway. State Fair Manger Peggy Besch says the Fair released the theme for the 2016 edition Thursday….

Besch became Fair Manager last year and says the learning process continues…

After a slow start work is finally showing on the big project on the State Fairgrounds in Huron, the Nordby Exhibit Hall for 4-H, Youth and Community….

Besch says the Fair Foundation is only nine percent away from hitting the four point seven million dollar goal for the Exhibit Hall.
