Culture is shaped by what leaders create – and what they allow. Diana Nielsen, CEO of the Mount Rushmore Society, will discuss strategies to lead with purpose and optimism, protect your well-being, model a healthy work culture, and staying grounded in the bigger picture.

Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. We’ll kick off the luncheon with networking and our 30-second speed networking, followed by lunch, and our spotlight speaker.
