Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (NENCAP), formerly known as Goldenrod Hills Community Action will hold the Creighton WIC and Immunization Clinic on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, from 10:00 am. to 2:00 p.m. at the Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership Building, 808 Chase Ave. For an appointment or for more information regarding the WIC or Immunization programs please call (402) 385-6300. NENCAP’s WIC Program provides nutrition education and supplemental foods to income eligible pregnant, breast-feeding or postpartum women, infants, and children to age 5 years.
NENCAP’s Immunization Program provides childhood immunizations to VFC eligible children. Immunizations are needed at ages 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12-15 months. School required immunizations are need prior to entry into kindergarten (ages 4-6) and 7th grade. Lead screening is also available by appointment only to children ages 12 months to 5 years of age.
