The Itinerary:
December 29
Upon your flight arrival in Los Angeles (LAX), we’ll shuttle you to the Hotel.
2pm Band Fest — Watch the music come alive with selected marching bands from all over the world that will perform in the Rose Parade on New Year’s morning.
Event: Shuttle to the Santa Monica Pier. Enjoy the shopping, dining, and street entertainers at the Third Street Promenade.

December 30
11am Rose Parade Decoration at the Float Barn as volunteers work to put the finishing touches on Rose Parade floats.
2:30pm Warner Brothers Pictures Studio Tour. Visit back lots, soundstages, and the prop warehouse.

December 31
Event: Shuttle / take a stroll down the Hollywood Walk of Fame
Event: Enjoy a City Tour including many highlights of LA and homes of the stars!
Event: After dark, dinner on your own and shopping on your own at the Grove.

January 1
Event: Take your reserved seat in the grandstands close to the television cameras for the ROSE PARADE! It’s the perfect spot for taking pictures!
Event: 1-4pm Following the Parade/Lunch on your own, we’ll hike to Float fest! This is a 2-mile showcase of Rose Parade floats following their appearance along the parade route.
Optional Event: Following the Parade/Lunch/Float Fest, we’ll hike to the Rose Bowl Game! (You may purchase your own Rose Bowl tickets or request tickets at an additional cost).

January 2
Shuttle to the airport and fly home!
Price: $2,499 per person double; $2,399 per person triple; $2,299 per person quad; $3,099 single.
If booking double, add $100 per person if you require 2-beds.
- Prices based on a flight out of Omaha, Kansas City, Des Moines and Minneapolis. Call to fly out of other locations.

General
Itinerary and hotels are subject to change. Alternatives may be offered due to closure or unexpected events.
Tour prices are subject to increased rate until booked with a deposit.
Booking a tour indicates you have read and agree with the terms.
Air Travel
Air fare is booked at Economy class group rate. Upgrades may be requested at additional cost.
One carry-on bag, meeting the airline specifications, is included in the trip price.
Additional charges for checked bags may be imposed by the airline and is the responsibility of the traveler.
Airlines may change departure times and/or layover sites. Please check the status one day prior to the flight.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation is provided by air-conditioned motor coach.
Seat rotation is not enforced.
If you need special accommodations or have concerns during the trip, please speak with the host and every effort will be made to make suitable arrangements.
All items brought onto the motor coach must be kept clear of the aisle.
Please ensure luggage brought on the motor coach is not excessive and allows for all passengers to be accommodated.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotels are subject to change based on availability at time of reservation.
Elevators are not guaranteed at all properties.
Traveler is responsible for his/her luggage and may have to walk a short distance with their bag.
Special Requirements
All tours require some walking and traveler is responsible for their own luggage. Please request help from the host if needed.
