The Itinerary:

December 29
Upon your flight arrival in Los Angeles (LAX), we’ll shuttle you to the Hotel.
2pm Band Fest at Robinson Stadium! Watch the music come alive with selected marching bands from all over the world that will perform in the Rose Parade on New Year’s morning.
Overnight at hotel

December 30
9am Shuttle to tour the Float Barn as volunteers work to put the finishing touches on Rose Parade floats.
Lunch on site
Afternoon: Warner Brothers Pictures Studio Tour. Visit back lots, soundstages, and the prop warehouse.
Evening: Dinner/Shopping on your own at The Grove
Overnight at hotel

December 31
Morning: Enjoy a City Tour including many highlights of LA and homes of the stars!
Afternoon: Visit the Griffith Observatory
Evening: Dinner/Shopping on your own at Santa Monica Pier
Overnight at hotel

January 1
6am Up & at ’em! Shuttle as close as possible to our reserved seat in the grandstands just around the corner from the television cameras. It’s the great spot for taking pictures!
1:30pm Following the Parade/Lunch on your own, we’ll shuttle to Float fest!
OR Optional/Extra $$: Hike to the Rose Bowl Game!
Overnight at hotel

January 2
Shuttle to the airport and fly home!

Price: $2,599 per person double; $2,499 per person triple; $2,399 per person quad; $3,099 single

Trip Assurance is available for $150 per person.

General
Itinerary and hotels are subject to change. Alternatives may be offered due to closure or unexpected events.
Tour prices are subject to increased rate until booked with a deposit.
Booking a tour indicates you have read and agree with the terms.

Air Travel
Air fare is booked at Economy class group rate. Upgrades may be requested at additional cost.
One carry-on bag, meeting the airline specifications, is included in the trip price.
Additional charges for checked bags may be imposed by the airline and is the responsibility of the traveler.
Airlines may change departure times and/or layover sites. Please check the status one day prior to the flight.

Ground Transportation
Ground transportation is provided by air-conditioned motor coach.
Seat rotation is not enforced.
If you need special accommodations or have concerns during the trip,  please speak with the host and every effort will be made to make suitable arrangements.
All items brought onto the motor coach must be kept clear of the aisle.
Please ensure luggage brought on the motor coach is not excessive and allows for all passengers to be accommodated.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotels are subject to change based on availability at time of reservation.
Elevators are not guaranteed at all properties.
Traveler is responsible for his/her luggage and may have to walk a short distance with their bag.

Special Requirements
All tours require some walking and traveler is responsible for their own luggage. Please request help from the host if needed.
If special accommodations are needed, please communicate this before booking.
Arrangements for special requirements may incur additional costs to the traveler.
