We’ll fly to Anchorage and take in the beautiful scenery of Alaska VIA TRAIN — BEFORE going on an 8-day, 7-night Alaskan Cruise!

We’ll fly to Anchorage and take in the beautiful scenery of Alaska VIA TRAIN — BEFORE going on an 8-day, 7-night Alaskan Cruise!

August 13 Fly Omaha to Anchorage; settle into your hotel room.

August 14 Motorcoach to Talkeetna, prior to boarding the Alaska Railroad with Luxury Dome Seating plus lunch included for the first 40 people!  See beautiful terrain the entire way!  Spend the night in Denali National Park

August 15 Spend the Day in Denali National Park with optional excursions
Spend a second night in Denali National Park

August 16 Our private motor coach will take us south on Alaska Hwy 1 enjoying views of 3 scenic mountain ranges: the Alaska Range, the Talkeetna and the Chugach Mountains. We’ll also make a short stop at Denali South view, then free time and lunch in Talkeetna.  If time, we’ll stop off at the Iditarod Dog Training Camp in Wasilla; spend the night in Anchorage.

August 17 Travel Anchorage to Whittier via motor coach and stopping at an Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, along with beautiful terrain.

August 18 Cruising by Hubbard Glacier, United States

August 19 Icy Strait Point @ 9:00am Depart 5:00pm

August 20  Juneau @ 7:00am Depart 1:15pm; then cruising by Sawyer Glacier, Alaska

August 21 Skagway Arrive 7:00am Depart 5:00pm

August 22 Ketchikan Arrive 1:00pm Depart 8:00pm

August 23 Cruising the Inside Passage, Alaska

  • All necessary information will be sent to you 45-60 days prior to departure. You will also be called with a verbal question and answer session.  This will include the itinerary, flight information, pickup locations and invoice if you owe money.
  • Tour gratuities and tips are included in the price of your tour. Gratuities for your tour director and driver are not included. The suggested gratuity for your director and bus driver is $2-$3 a day. These should be related to the service received and are solely at your discretion.

TRIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General
Itinerary and hotels are subject to change. Alternatives may be offered due to closure or unexpected events.
Tour prices are subject to increased rate until booked with a deposit.
Booking a tour indicates you have read and agree with the terms.

Air Travel
Air fare is booked at Economy class group rate. Upgrades may be requested at additional cost.
One carry-on bag, meeting the airline specifications, is included in the trip price.
Additional charges for checked bags may be imposed by the airline and is the responsibility of the traveler.
Airlines may change departure times and/or layover sites. Please check the status one day prior to the flight.

Ground Transportation
Ground transportation is provided by air-conditioned motor coach.
Seat rotation is not enforced.
If you need special accommodations or have concerns during the trip,  please speak with the host and every effort will be made to make suitable arrangements.
All items brought onto the motor coach must be kept clear of the aisle.
Please ensure luggage brought on the motor coach is not excessive and allows for all passengers to be accommodated.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotels are subject to change based on availability at time of reservation.
Elevators are not guaranteed at all properties.
Traveler is responsible for his/her luggage and may have to walk a short distance with their bag.

Special Requirements
All tours require some walking and traveler is responsible for their own luggage. Please request help from the host if needed.
If special accommodations are needed, please communicate this before booking.
Arrangements for special requirements may incur additional costs to the traveler.
