Anne Abernathy A Winter Olympian from the U.S. Virgin Islands, competing in the luge? Anne Abernathy not only had to train as an athlete, but build a winter sports program from the ground up against all odds. Now she is embarking on a new quest, to be the only female athlete to ever participate in a combined seven Olympic games. This time, Anne is changing sports—from luge to archery and when she competes in 2020, she’ll be 67 years old!

At the 35th Anniversary event, Anne will share the life lessons and business principles learned as she traveled her remarkable Olympic journey straight into the record books. Come listen to how Anne turned one such surprise opportunity into a dream; that dream into a goal and eventually, that goal into the world’s most unlikely first, six-time female Winter Olympian.  For more information on the event please email Interchange at interchange.yankton@yahoo.com
